Directions to the Usk Showground, Monmouthshire, UK (downloadable version )
Usk is situated in rural Monmouthshire, less than 10 miles from the busy M4 motorway, which stretches from West Wales to London.
Directions to the showground itself:
From the A449 Monmouth/Newport: Take the slip road off at Usk, and turn immediately right for Chepstow. The showground is 1 mile on your left.
From Usk: Take the Chepstow Road from Usk and the showground is on your left.

By air: nearest airports: Cardiff or Bristol
By train: First Great Western Trains to Newport, Monmouthshire or rural services to Cwmbran in Torfaen, followed by local bus or taxi services to Usk.
By bus: There are regular bus services to Usk from Chepstow, Cwmbran, Newport, Monmouth and Raglan. Travellers from outside the area should arrive at one of these destinations and pick up local services from there.
By road:
From West Wales: take the M4 motorway east to Junction 24, then the A449 signposted to Monmouth, exit at the signposts for Usk and follow the main road (A472) for approximately 1 mile into the town centre.
From London and the East: take the M4 motorway west to Junction 24, then the A449 signposted to Monmouth, exit at the signposts for Usk and follow the main road (A472) for approximately 1 mile into the town centre.
From the North: take the M5 motorway south to Junction 8a, then the M50 motorway to its end at Ross-on-Wye. Follow the A40 signposted to Monmouth and Newport. The A40 becomes the A449 at Raglan. Follow the A449 signposted to Newport, exit at the signposts for Usk and follow the main road (A472) for approximately 1 mile into the town centre.
From the South: take the M5 motorway north to Junction 18, then stream left onto the M49. The M49 joins the M4 at the Second Severn crossing – follow the signs for South Wales. Cross the toll bridge into Wales on the M4 (please note that the bridge is cash or TAG only). Follow the M4 motorway west to Junction 24, then the A449 signposted to Monmouth, exit at the signposts for Usk and follow the main road (A472) for approximately 1 mile into the town centre.
