Baby Changing Facilities

We have a dedicated Mother and Baby tent near the Junkfish Children’s Craft area (Row A) for baby changing and feeding.  Monmouthshire County Council and the Chaplaincy Tent also have changing facilities available.

Bus Service

A FREE Shuttle Bus service operates between Twyn Square in Usk and the Showground on Show Day.  The last bus LEAVES the Show at 7:00pm.

Car Parking

We have FREE on site car parking.  We also operate a FREE Park & Ride service from Usk College, Llancayo Windmill and Llangybi – please use this service where possible

Catering

Food Courts and Bars are located around the Showground.  

Disabled Facilities

We have a dedicated Disabled Car Park and Event Mobility will be present to hire mobility scooters or wheelchairs to visitors.  Disabled toilets are available, please see the Show Map.  We also have a disabled rest area situated in Row F, which also includes a fully accessible toilet (with hoist, adult changing table & friendly attendant!)

Dogs

We hold a Companion Dog Show with entries taken on the day from 09:30am with judging starting at 11:00am.

All dogs are welcome on the Showground but must be controlled on fixed short leads only.  They are not allowed in the Food Hall and Homecraft marquees and they may be restricted in the Agricultural and Horse areas.

Emergency

Please contact the nearest Steward who will arrange assistance.

First Aid

St John’s Ambulance have a permanent station facing the Horse Showing rings.

Lost Children/Vulnerable Adults

Please report to the Secretary’s Tent.

Membership

Membership of Usk Farmers’ Club is available from 1st April until 31st July every year.  To find out more please go to our Membership Page or visit the Secretary’s Tent on Show Day.

Opening Hours

Open for Exhibitors & Traders from 7:00am

Open to the Public: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Park & Ride

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in any enclosed or partially enclosed public area.

Drinking Water

Drinking Water points are freely available around the showground.  Water is tested prior to the show and is suitable for drinking.
